How will my Marin bike be delivered?
All bikes are shipped 85% to 95% assembled in a secure bike box. Final assembly of the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals is required, and we recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is the warranty policy on Marin frames?
Marin offers a limited lifetime warranty on rigid frames and a 5-year warranty on full-suspension frames against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
Can I return my bike if it's not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unridden condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and the original packaging is required.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other regions, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized Marin retailer in your country.
