Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your bike box or gear package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
